• Interface Only: The Website provides a graphical user interface to facilitate transactions. We do not execute trades, provide liquidity, or act as an exchange ourselves.

• Non-Custodial: We do not at any point hold, store, or have access to your digital assets, private keys, or seed phrases.

• No Accounts: Crypto-Flow does not require or offer user accounts. All interactions are conducted directly through your own self-custody wallet.

2. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Transactions initiated through Crypto-Flow are processed by third-party service providers (e.g., Transak).

• By using these features, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policies of those specific providers.

• The Developer of Crypto-Flow is not responsible for the speed, success, or security of transactions handled by these third parties.

• Any Know Your Business (KYB) or Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are mandated and handled solely by the third-party provider.

3. RISK DISCLOSURE

The trading of digital assets involves significant risk. By using Crypto-Flow, you acknowledge:

• Volatility: Digital assets are highly volatile and may lose all value.

• Irreversibility: Blockchain transactions are final. If you provide an incorrect wallet address, your funds cannot be recovered.
